At City Chain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your City Chain account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
